2009 Results

Last year an amazing $41,000 was raised for HeartKids SA through the wonderful donors and fundraisers involved in the Fun Run and we hope to match this result this year. We had 570 people participating for us and this year we hope to reach 1000. Thank you to all involved.

Registrations Open Now

Registrations are open to be part of the HeartKids team…forms can be downloaded at the top of this webpage.

Step 1: Register direct with City-Bay http://www.city-bay.org.au (ensure you choose HEARTKIDS SA as your Team Name, then choose “Charity Group” as your category. You can leave Group Name blank or come up with your own Family Group Name, Workplace Name or anything you like.

Step 2: Register with HeartKids SA (fill in the relevant form(s) at the top of this page and return to us). You need to PRINT out the forms, fill in and return.

Sponsorship Packs and Fundraising online / offline

Sponsorship packs can be sent out to those wishing to fundraise for this event offline, alternatively we can assist you in setting up an online fundraising page (it is so easy!) to help us reach our goal – you then email the link to all of your family, friends, work colleages etc, put it on your facebook and away you go! Online fundraising is great due to the fact that no money needs to be exchanged as the transaction is taken care of on the secure website everydayhero.com.au and the donor is instantly given a tax deductible receipt via email. For those wishing to raise sponsorship for their walk/run offline – a pack can be sent to you along with a poster to put up at your home/workplace/school and on request we can issue you with a small or large donation tin to place in offices, staff rooms, workplaces, clubs etc. For more information on Sponsorship packs or Fundraising please call Emily Connor on 0410-032476. Early Bird Registration Prize Draw – $400 prize up for grabs – register by 18 August 2010

Get in early and register to be part of our team by 5:00pm 18th August 2010 and you could be in the running to win a $400 SA Shorts Holiday voucher. Thank you to The Basin Haircutters who have kindly donated this prize to HeartKids SA.

Conditions of Entry: HeartKids SA must receive the HeartKids SA Individual, Group or Family Registration form by COB 18/08/10 to be eligible for the draw. All individual names will be entered into a database and numbered. We then will ask an independent 3rd party to choose a random number to determine the winner. All decisions are final. The Winner will be contacted by HeartKids SA to collect their prize. This prize can be redeemed by phone 1300 764 227 or in person at South Australian Visitor & Travel Centre, 18 King William Street, Adelaide. Valid until 16/6/2012. Non-transferable – the voucher must be used by the City-Bay Early Bird Prize Winner by the valid date through the SA Visitor & Travel Centre for a SA Shorts Holiday. The Volunteers working on the City-Bay Sub-Committee for HeartKids SA along with Staff/Employees of HeartKids SA are not eligible for this prize.
